Meet the be2 Team: Mojitos Amigos
Mojitos Amigos? What kind of a name is that? Well, today, we are not introducing a member of the be2 team, but a team within the be2 team. An Agile team, to be exact. Agile is a software development process that allows developers to work more flexibly and in teams. Mojitos Amigos are one such team and you can tell that they just LOVE the Agile development process and the team spirit. They are so enthusiastic about it that they even filled in our “Meet the be2 Team” questionnaire as a team! For more information you can visit the Mojitos Amigos Blog.
How does Agile work?
Agile is about the people, not the processes.
How was the team formed?
During a special event, the names of be2 developers were randomly pronounced and they had either to create a new team (until there are 5), or to join one of the created teams. Thus a new team was started by Anahit, and one after the other Nerses, Ishkhan, Gevorg, Ani, Narek, and Armine joined, creating “Mojitos-Amigos”.
Why did you choose that name?
Did any of the amigos have too many Mojitos the day before?
Why you are working like this in a team?
We have a special blend of characters, which make the team unique!
How do you contribute to be2 members finding the love of their lives?
We have wide knowledge in be2 system, covering all the users’ lifecycle on the website… (Starting from the Guest Home Page, followed by Registration, Payment and…)

Meet the be2 Team: Oliver
When Marketing Manager Oliver joined be2, worldwide matchmaking was already planned, but far from a reality. Nevertheless, the promise of internationality, the friendly be2 team and the chance to help people find love was tempting. Today, he’s still happy with his choice – and with be2!
1. How do you help be2 help people find love?
As Online Marketer, I help the right people find be2 – those who are really looking for a serious relationship.
2. What do people ask about your job in worldwide matchmaking?
What my girlfriend thinks about it. After all I have to test other worldwide matchmaking agencies to monitor the competition. She’s pretty relaxed about it, though 
3. What’s important to you when you think about worldwide matchmaking?
The quality of the matches – and that they are active.
4. Which be2 country is important to you personally?
Belgium, where I spent the best of my college years.

I translate emails our members receive from be2 and write (new) content for the website.

If I get to choose the matches for each member; if it really works.

Natacha’s languages opened the door at be2 and now she’s part of a fantastic international team! Natacha is working for be2 International Business Development, supporting the Portuguese-speaking countries. She has challenging tasks in different areas, Marketing, Product, PR, and also blogging passionately! Yes, Natacha is in charge of the extremely successful Brazilian blog! 1. How do you contribute to be2 members finding the love of their lives?
I work on bringing more attention from Portuguese speaking singles around the globe towards be2 and spreading the word and image about our pioneer matchmaking services in Brazil. The Brazilian blog is the perfect medium to discuss themes that our users care about, and help them on issues like relationships, love, dating tips, singles life, be2 couples, flirting online, etc.
2. What do your friends ask about your job at an online matchmaker?
They ask me about the difference between matchmaking and dating sites, and many of them confirm to me that they know someone who searched and found his/her love online. Read more

Oh, I have my methods… but seriously: I am currently working in International Business Development – meaning I analyse single life, internet use, competition, language and other relevant factors and develop strategies accordingly to launch be2 internationally.
